Sloane Sanders is a South Bay local and has real estate running through her blood. She was born and raised in Manhattan Beach and attended Pacific Elementary, Manhattan Beach Middle School, and graduated Mira Costa High School in 2004. After attending the University of Southern California and earning her degrees in Business Administration and International Relations, she followed in her mother’s footsteps and obtained her real estate license in 2011. Now as a partner of The Cartier Sanders Team, she prides herself on her reputation for integrity, honesty, and professionalism as well as her care and concern on her clients’ behalf. She’s certified as an e-Pro specialist, which helps her to stay up-to-date on the latest real estate technology trends and won the South Bay Association Rookie of the Year Award in 2015 for her ethical standards and commitment to community involvement.
Terri Lippert is a third generation South Bay local and very proud of her hometown, Redondo Beach, and the local South Bay community, where she has lived for 48 years. She began her real estate career in 1996 at RE/MAX Beach Cities as office manager. In 2001, she began her career as a Real Estate Assistant/Transaction Coordinator and continued building a stellar reputation working for Top Producing local agents. When the opportunity came up to be a part of The Cartier Sanders Team, it was a no-brainer for her.
